Most probably not on the app as it's very limited in its functions, but you may be able to do this on a laptop / PC and use Chrome. If not, contact eBay Customer Services to adjust the tracking for you.
End of the day if it cannot be done, you will receive the payout, it's just a longer wait, 14 days.
