Have sellers experienced problems with tracking system starting on Saturday. I cannot find anything on eBay website.

Yes,  there has been a Royal Mail issue, see their website,  and it affected many thousands of eBay items,  that is,  labels were unable to be scanned at Post Offices.  You were not alone.
