Tracking not updating

I’ve recently sold an item. I provided the tracking details. eBay shows as pending delivery and is withholding my funds. But I checked the parcel force website and my parcel has been delivered
how can I get the eBay delivery status updated so that my funds get released?

There is currently an issue with tracking not updating on ebay which they say they are working on.   In the meantime as long as the tracking on the courier's website is showing delivered you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Or if you can wait the money will be released anyway after 14 days.

If delivery shows as delivered online, than you can contact ebay here to ask them to release the payment for you as the ebay site tracking is currently having issues updating eBay Customer Service
