Tracking details not updated.

Tracking details are not being updated on my sold items. I'm using Simple Delivery 48 hour tracked and showing hasn't been received at parcel shop, no view of it in transit or delivered. But if you use the tracking number on the post office app, the tracking is there. Also I'm seeing this as a buyer too, items bought and doesn't register their progress. Last moan the automated feedback when item has been seen to be delivered takes longer to appear on your sold items. What is going on. This Simple delivery is doing my head in.

Currently I have 3 items posted this week using RM 48 hour tracked, showing as delivered on the RM website but no updates on Ebay - the system knows they have been sent because I have the option to 'mark as not dispatched' but no updates on the tracking.

However, this is not a Simple Delivery issue as none of the things that were posted were sent using SD.  A skirt sent on the same day (with SD) has been marked as delivered.

I am not sure if the issue lies with Royal mail or Ebay but it is unconnected to Simple Delivery,
