Hi I’m new to EBay and ready to sell my first item, however it seems my account is currently limited and I don’t know how to resolve this. Thank you

There are limits for new sellers and that can sometimes be zero.   There's a link to request a limit increase on here:

Also make sure you've added a bank account to your ebay account in order to transfer payments. Details here:
