I have just sold item to a buyer from Jersey.

i can see they selected Tracked 48 which was my preference, however when i go to buy the label Tracked 48 isn’t available. I just have the usual 1st class, 2nd class, special delivery etc. anyone know why and how to resolve?

Your listing isn't updating the postage and costs,and this seems to be a site issue.

Just take it to the Post Office and buy the label there.

Don't forget you will need a Customs Form to send anything to Jersey.
