Purchased an item, tried to cancel 10 minutes later, they refused I know why now they had ordered the item from Amazon and shipped it to my address's in turn making £10.00 in the process, spoke to eBay agent not interested, Caveat Emptor of eBay

Caveat emptor means literally let the buyer beware. In general terms you as the buyer alone are responsible for checking things such as suitability etc. if you had done this you could have bought the item for £10 less from Amazon.
