If something seems too good to be true it probably is.
However you would be protected by the money back guarantee, provided you used it properly.

There is no obstacle course for ebay cases.
You don't need to contact seller or ebay, cases are automated.
You open case (item received or not as described) and escalate 4 days later if no resolved.
If you are worried about this offer, find a different seller.

eBay's money back guarantee is good, but it's not a substitute for using common sense - especially with high value items.
It's important to understand its limitations, especially that it only lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. When this has expired eBay will have no interest, whatever happens.
Faults discovered after that time won't be covered - and bear in mind that manufacturers' warranties are liable to be invalid for items bought here. For anything of value, also consider the risk that it may prove to be stolen. We have heard from buyers who only learned that their items were stolen afer eBay's 30 day time limit had already expired.
If you can't resist the lure of an improbable bargain, at least try to pay by a method which should provide an additional layer of protection, e.g. credit or debit card.
