You may not see a payment in your eBay Balance it doesn't appear there immediately, especially if you are a new or returning seller.
Did you receive a message from eBay that the buyer has paid? If you have, then if it's not showing in your eBay Balance, eBay will use your back up source, usually your bank account to make this refund.
Once that is finalised, the payment for the item will be released to you.
If there has been no message from eBay that buyer has paid, wait for days, then cancel the order, citing ' Buyer Has Not Paid'.
