Time waster

I sold my Xbox via the auction on eBay the winner buyer weirdly starting asking how I will package the item and I was to send photos before the paid for it and then got a message asking me to cancel 

how should I handle this as I dont use ebay much

I would just cancel the sale.

Get the item relisted.

Block the time wasting buyer.

You may be able to offer it to the under bidder whose bid was only £2 lower than the auction winner's,

Thanks, this will be the 3rd time posting it the first winning buyer had a genuine reason trans then the time waster

If it is a time waster who has not paid, I feel zI would wait 4 days and cancel for Non Payment on day 5.

That gives time waster an unpaid strike and as a bonus No Feedback can be left, as some nasty buyers would leave negatives.

You also should block him and set your preferences to block any buyers with two or more unpaid strikes. This would normally avoid any more time wasters.
