I have been With ebay for over 20 years and I find that this new easy postage system is in my opinion one of the worst ideas, this may be great for some people but not all.
i have a account with Evri set up with my parcel profiles and it works great, but now I have been informed I have to use the new system and there is no opt out function. And when it goes wrong and forget getting a straight answer I just sold two bike locks weight 9+ kilos each yet ebay in there wisdom charged for one label . And when I got a call back from ebay I was told to just use the one label ,maths obviously is not there strong point as 2 9+ kilo items weight just short of 20 kilos obviously to much weight for a lot of people to lift safely, also seeing as they only charged one one item in the 6-10 kilos obviously to range they win not except .so my message is to ebay please let the people that want to sort there own delivery a opt out button.
