So the extra buyer protection they charge means nothing as a drop shipper has not sent an item and I'm now expected to eat a thieft !!  It's a 14% thieft

Yes and it was the day it was claimed to have been delivered

If they didn't send it how did they claim to have delivered it?

Was there tracking showing delivery and that's why you lost your case?

funny i won it , because regardless of what tracking says they don't actually have proof of delivery that's either a photo or signature
