The seller is unreachable and I don't have the collection address

I have written over 20 mesages at least. Everytime i hit the send button is says there is a problem and my message was undelivered. I have no means of reaching the seller and there is no collection address listed there.

I need the item urgently so what do i do please?

You have 30 days from delivery date given on order confirmation to open a case for 'Item not received' which Seller is required to respond to ... Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days  ... do not close the case without satisfactory conclusion. >

The seller is unreachable and I don't have the collection address

Thank you Fargvs, the challenge is any message i send to the seller comes back with this error message " Something went wrong, pls try again later" i have logged out my laptop and phone shut down and tried severllay for 48hrs no difference. Also ebay customer service is unreachable finally got to a point on the chat service it said an agent will call me but the only countries on there are Canada and US, when Input my mobile number it says it unacceptable as my number is not recognised as i am in the UK.

It is a full run around nightmare.

I assume it was a collection only item.

When did you buy it and have you paid?

The seller won't be able to send their address unless you have paid.

If you need the item urgently, then buying on Ebay may not have been a good idea.

The seller may be away from home for a week, or might only check their Ebay account from time to time.
