The seller has kept my money, which is fraud

I paid for an item, the Postal worker placed a ticket through the door stating the whole postage was not paid, and l had to pay the additional money before l could have the item. I contacted the seller with the photograph as proof, and asked for a refund, she told me to pay it first then she would refund me. I honestly did not believe that she would.  Any other person l have dealt with have refunded me the money before it got paid. She has fraudulently kept the money l paid for the item, which l did not receive, l think l might have to contact the police.

You need to open a claim for item not received, do this from more actions in your purchases and select 'i didn't receive it' if no response from seller escalate the claim to eBay after 3 days to get your refund

If you have not paid to get the item, then you can open an 'item not received' case through Ebay and get a full refund.

Royal Mail will send the item back to the seller if the package has a return address on it.

This is not fraud - the seller has made a mistake with the postage.  Please don't contact the police as this is not a police matter.
