The seller does not ship to my country

Hello. Is there a way for me to contact the seller without having bought an item from him? When I tried to purchase the item it said that the seller did not send to my country. I would like to ask him if he might reconsider, I will of course be paying the sending fee. The seller is in UK and I am in Iceland.

Thank you for answering. This is only possible when you have already bought something from the seller. However, I managed to solve this in a different way.
