The money from an item I sold hasn’t transferred to my bank account

The money from an item I sold hasn’t transferred to my bank account; instead, it seems to have been added as eBay credits or something similar. Can anyone help me transfer this to my bank account?

eBay no longer sends payments to your account,you have to withdraw it yourself or can leave it and use it for purchases.

To make a withdrawal:

Select Payments >  Summary Your payout that's available will be in a big blue banner.

Click  Withdraw >  arrow,at this point you may have to login again

Then on the pop-up screen  click on Withdraw  at the bottom of screen.

You will see £0.00 at the bottom, with a larger £0 at the top.    There you can enter the amount you want to withdraw. 

Go to Bottom right then click on >  Withdraw
