Hi all, a recent buyer purchased an item from me for the value of £52 roughly, however after 25 plus days Evri failed to delivery to the buyer- and the package was sent back to myself.
I explained this to the buyer and they realised they made a mistake with their address on ebay. they still want the item but how would one go about sending it to them now they have amended their address on ebay?
I'm not willing to pay the postage again, not my fault, they know this and don't mind paying postage.
Any assistance would be great, obviously ebay had sided in my favour and not refunding the buyer but I don't want them to lose out.
