Once again eBay provide a buyer with incorrect despatch information resulting in the threat of bad feedback for not dispatching a £5.45 item by second class post. I respond by advising the item ordered late on 13/11 was posted on on 14/11 and arrived 16/11. The buyer then attempts to obtain an additional item not featured in the listing without charge. I now have unjustified defamatory feedback which eBay refuse to remove. I am sick and tired of eBay always blaming the seller and after nineteen years I have had enough!
