Tent wasn’t returned

I sold a tent on eBay nearly brand new used once still under warranty with go out doors. So buyer said after 5 weeks it’s faulty and wanted some think knocked off it par refund I said it’s still under warranty so I sent invoice but she still wanted money back it was clear they had damage it them selves. So eBay refunded them the money and I didn’t receive my tent back. So eBay asking for price I sold it for plus extra I said I pay it when I get my tent back because not once did I say I didn’t want tent back ? Were do stand on this

Are you saying that ebay refunded a buyer who opened an ebay money back guarantee case more than 30 days after the tent was delivered?

After 5 weeks your buyer was not covered by eBay.s Money Back Guarantee, so if they opened an eBay item not as described return they should not have got a refund and kept the tent.

Do you know what went wrong in that process?

Is it possible that the buyer initiated a chargeback via their card provider, which would force eBay to refund?
