I am using a sold listing to prepare a draft listing on the ebay app on my tablet device. However, everytime I fill in the 'custom' section and then finish draft and go to preview or list it, the red line at the top comes up saying i have too many 'values' in that section. Go back to 'custom' section and whatever information I've added into it is duplicated numerous times. I try and delete it and it goes on forever and the box will not empty. So this means eBay won't let me list this draft as there is too many words. Which eBay itself has added in,numerous times.
Just don't know what to do. I think it is an ebay technical fault? I would like to know if this is happening to anyone else? Is it a temporary issue? Help??
