contact policy violation but don't know how to resolve

I have a listing flagged as violating the 'Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy'. My guess is that this is because the description included a URL for the product manual.

Ebay has asked me to revise the item but everything is greyed-out and uneditable.

I tried to create a new listing but it says it is a duplicate.

I tried appealing and just keep getting sent the same policy violation email.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Is the listing still live, can you tell us where you're seeing it?

Hi, no it's not live. It shows in my Active list as shown:


If I click 'resolve' I get to these options which are all greyed out and unselectable:

Update: I eventually figured out how to have an online chat with someone at ebay and they were able to unlock the listing so that I could update it.
