Had an email saying they had taken £10 from my account. Which now they have but no where does it say what for.
I havnt bought anything on ebay since January.
I listed some items yesterday, I didn't pay to boost them. I thought it was free to list.
I am so confused.
They've said its not fraud but I cant seem to get hold of anyone to ask.

You have been charged fees for adding a subtitle to your listings. This is a pricey upgrade and not worth it. You could have got all the words you used in your subtitle in the main heading for free.
Subtitle |
Make your item stand out from the crowd with a line of additional text that appears beneath your listing title in search results. |

Look at your transactions here, it will show you a breakdown of any fees paid.

If that doesn't clear things up or something shows amiss there, contact eBay Customer Services who have full access to your account and can explain any fee for you.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thankyou so much for your reply. You have really put my mind at ease. I know it was most probably something I had done but I had no idea what it was.
Thankyou I now know for next time.
