I purchased a Samsung tablet for my hubby. No issues with it. It WAS working fine.
Now it comes up with the fact it is to be locked because the returns that were supposed to be sent, haven't been. The seller said that they could stop this but, they have never been back in touch, even after several emails.
I'm not the only one, three others have this issue as well.
It is outside the sellers return window (they strangely don't do returns). Online help is *bleep* and I would like to know if I can get my money back. Hubby is bending my ear.
