Hi, I purchased a pair if branded trainers. When I received them immediately I was concerned about the stitching so I googled how to tell fakes of this type of trainer and also compared them to another pair. There are various things pointing to them being fake. I contacted the seller even though they don't accept returns but have had no response. What can I do in thuis situation? Thank you.

You make a claim for item not as described in the normal way, you don't need to deal with the seller at all.
No returns means nothing when an item is not as described.

If your still within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date, then look to open a return request for item not as described with ebay. The seller should send your a prepaid return label and refund you within 3 days of getting the items back.If they don't respond/refund you, then escalate the case to ebay for a refund.

Thank you everyone. I asked for a return explaining all the reasons why I thought they were fake and they sent me a returns label straight away. I am now just waiting on my refund.

Did you open a case as suggested in previous answers? That is the only way to get a refund, by using the correct system.
If you have just returned to seller outside the system, if no refund made you will not be able to escalate to ebay and will be unlikely to get a refund.

Hi, yes I did. I requested a return as item not as described. The post tried to deliver it on Saturday so will try again tomorrow. Just keeping my eye on that and the refund.
