Successful bidder goes silent

Hi everyone 

after years of selling, a new and troubling problem: a successful bidder hasn’t paid yet, and to date has ignored 2 messages from me asking if there’s a problem. Now what?

Is this for the item sold on the 31st January?

When 4 full days pass you can cancel the Order citing Buyer Hasn't paid.

This will give them an unpaid item strike and they are only allowed one before buying restriction take place.

Block this person from returning especially as you have other Lladro items, you don't want them messing up your auctions again.
