Being driven mad - a debt recovery service is chasing me for a payment said to be for subscriptions but have read that the company doesn't exist though did answer phone call informing me to go to 'Resolution'. Can't find via Search.
At the same time ebay has owed me money since Sept for a sale but only after several intermittent attempts has it accepted my change of bank account details...
Is there a way via the website of contacting a human being - note I will not accept links by any other means
