Promoted Listings / Campaigns Dashboard Missing After Switching to Business Account

Hi everyone,
I recently changed my eBay account from private to business. I am selling on eBay UK, but my account is registered in Germany. I have already made my first three sales, and the orders have been dispatched with tracking.

However, I still cannot see the Promoted Listings / Campaigns Dashboard in Seller Hub. The Marketing tab is either missing or doesn’t show the campaign tools.

Is this normal after switching to a business account?
Do I need to wait for verification to complete, or should I contact eBay support directly?
I’m currently using my personal bank account for payouts, but it is verified and active.

Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Promoted Listings / Campaigns Dashboard Missing After Switching to Business Account

Hi @zi_mall ,

Thank you for your post.

This dashboard usually becomes available once you have an established selling history on your account. With 3 items sold its likely you will need to continue to build on that for the option to appear. I am not sure if there are differences for the DE market so you can reach out to customer support there to double check. There is no specific amount or timeline for this. With the UK it will appear on your account once there is enough selling history.

Thank you,

Kat
