Subscription charge for 4 days before a new month

Hi, can anyone help please? 
My friend want to uograde her business account to a basic shop today. What would be the immediate charge due as there are only 4 days left of a monthly £27 fee?

Shop fees are paid in advance, so they would see a prorated amount for the current month, as well as the amount for the next month.
