You cannot. If the description by the seller is not enough then do not buy [or from somewhere else].
If the item is described as fitting your camera and - in fact - does not then you can open a "not as described case" at seller's cost.
Do not use the reason "does not fit" [that is for clothing really]

I agree that buyers now having to pay in advance before collecting an for an item they haven't even inspected is a deterrent to buying for collection.
In theory the seller can cancel and refund, but some won't if they disagree about the item condition. The buyer then has the hassle and delay of opening a money back guarantee case. Other responders can correct me if I'm wrong, but if the buyer had left the item uncollected I think it would have to be an item not received case, as there is nothing to return?
Problems, problems. It was so much easier when you could just pay cash on collection and inspection.
It's bad for sellers too because as buyers must now pay eBay online they can collect an item and later claim that it is not as described. For heavy items the high cost of a tracked courier return as eBay requires may leave the seller having to refund the buyer and let them keep the item for nothing.
