Hello to all .
I have been trying for quite a while to contact Ebay via Automated assistant.
The reason seems to be that each time I try, the 'Revise a Listing ' page prevent me from doing so.
In desperation I delisted those items, but the issue remain.
Any ideas please?

Use a desktop, not the app. Try clearing cookies or using a different browser. And of course you cannot revise listings that have had offers on them.

I used the link, but I am unable to connect to Ebay because, , I cannot access Chat with our automated assistant.
When I hover the mouse over ‘Select an option to continue’, a Red Circle appears with a ‘strike through’ line.

That's to request a callback from ebay. You need to use a PC or laptop.
