Presumably you mean defects, once you have over 2% in relation to sales, I think it is similar to private sellers, you are below standard, and usually you would have restrictions on selling.
Restrictions are virtually impossible to remove and the only way to water down to get below 2% means a LOT MORE sales, which restrictions prevent you achieving.
Have you looked at your seller dash board as that would show the state of your selling account.
