Has anyone else received this message today re an item I just sold using simple delivery.
I’ve sold another item with simple delivery yesterday and no such message was received.
“You are posting this order via Simple Delivery. This buyer has been advised to contact our Customer Service team to help resolve postage related issues. A prepaid, tracked and fully protected label is provided for this order, which includes the buyer's full address. Your parcel is fully covered by eBay if lost or damaged in transit.”

Yes, it's a poorly worded general notice. eBay said yesterday they're looking to reword it. It just means if the buyer has any problems to contact ebay. It looks like they're saying there is already a problem and to contact ebay about it.

Hi @beeappy20 ,
Thank you for your post.
This is just a for your information message. Its provided to give details on Simple Delivery to help those that are not aware of it. We have had some feedback on the wording causing some confusion so we have sent this forward for review for improvement.
Thank you,

Yeap very badly worded. To me it looks as though the buyer has already contact customer service questioning the simple delivery postage . Here’s hoping it is reworded

Also I don’t think the seller needs to be notified of that . Letting the buyer know is fine
