I had a rare statue sent to me from the US in August. When the parcel reached the UK, it was delivered to the incorrect address by UPS, they denied any responsibility and claimed it was delivered to the right place.
3 months later, someone local to me has the item for sale on Ebay, where do i go from here?

Ebay's official advice is to report it to 'law enforcement', that is, the police.
Did you get your money back from Ebay or your payment provider?

It wasn't purchased through ebay, it was a direct trade through Facebook.
The sender received his part of the deal but i didn't receive mine, and now someone has it for sale for nearly 6 times the value
