Hello, 

I’ve just sold an item and it’s delivered, just waiting for funds to come into my account in a couple days. I saw this voucher about getting £50 off a £125 order, it says available but I can’t seem to activate it. How does this work? The last day for this promotion is tomorrow so I was wondering if I’ve missed it or just need to wait for a code to come through in time?

First off, is this definitely an eBay promotional offer, and not a pop up?

If it is an eBay offer and in your eBay messages there should be a link in the message that explains the terms and conditions. 

Okay, I've found the terms and conditions - it could be 3 weeks from the sale.
