Spoof offers with same address

Had two 'buy it now offers' for the full asking price, both buyers accounts appear legit, but appear hijacked as the delivery address for each offer is the same. Also the 'buyer' has asked for contact off platform, where I suspect they will try to con you.

Anyone else experienced this and how do I report to eBay?

You refer to TWO offers, but you only appear to have one sale, so before trying to report to ebay, you need to get decide exactly what you intend to report.
