Special delivery

Trying to change this simple delivery back to advanced where I can add special delivery for a possible sale, should this high value item be sold. Can't change it, is this eBay again blocking the advanced option?

Re: Special delivery

What's your item worth?   Simple Delivery covers sellers for loss or damage in transit for up to £750.

Re: Special delivery

Hi, about £150, but I can't select it as an option as I'm forced into simple post.

Re: Special delivery

As stated, Simple Delivery will cover the value up to £750 and, should there be a case for non-delivery or damaged in transit, Ebay would deal with the buyer's claim.

Re: Special delivery

Oh right, sorry, I didn't know simple delivery would cover that...so the pre paid label that will be sent to the buyer should be fine to use.

Re: Special delivery

Is this a return or do you mean the prepaid label that will be supplied to you, the seller?
