Hi, can anybody help please. I purchased a phone from a seller with over 2.6k sales. The phone arrived, I switched it on and checked it and then wrapped it up for Christmas. When I have put the sim card in it the phone has now been locked as it is an actual work phone so belongs to the organisation. This has all been locked outside of the 30 day ebay guarentee so I messaged the seller who admitted this on message. The listing described the phone as unlocked and brand new in box so it is neither. This is also against eBay terms and conditions to sell an item belonging to an organisation but I cannot find any possible place to contact to sort this out. The seller has even disputed my bad review ans had it deleted!
