Sold items - funds not received?

I sold 2 items at the start of last week. Both have been delivered, & I haven’t received any issues or complaints from the buyers.. The funds haven’t gone into my ebay balance yet though? I’ve left it a week now thinking it was just some sort of system delay, but still nothing?

Have you returned to selling after a little break, even for a few months?  Then,  eBay can place a longer hold on some payouts.

They wish to check if the genuine seller has returned, even if several successful deliveries have been made.

If you had tracking showing delivery, your payouts can be held a little longer,  or if you like contact CS provide the tracking showing delivery and ask if they can release those payouts sooner.

if you wish to,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

No break, quite a frequent seller which is why this has taken me by surprise.

Aaah , I thought there was a bit of a break as your feedback shows activity again after 6 months.

eBay do these random security checks, but yes contact CS, and  I do recommend  contacting them first thing at 8 a.m. on weekdays,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If you do receive an answer, please do come back and tell us,  it can help us to help others who do experience these holds,  they're not uncommon!
