Just wanting advice

Hi,anyone?. Just after a bit of advice please. The last couple of months Ebay has warned me about seller performance being below what they expect due to listing cancellations.when I list an item it's a 7 day auction. After 7 days ebay keep relisting .If it doesn't sell or there has been no interest why can't I cancel the listing.im not cancelling items that have been bought or have been bid on.some items could be for sale on other formats surely Ebay doesn't have exclusive rights to my items.how can I list items on a 7 day auction and not have them relisted unless I relist them myself.

Find your active listings in seller hub - link below.

Choose 'bulk edit'.

The first option on the list is 'automatic relist'.

Choose 'don't allow auto relist'.

Have you looked at your seller dashboard?

I doubt that cancelling listings is the problem, your seller dashboard will tell you how many defects you have. I think it is likely that your defect rate exceeds 2%, may be wrong but if the negative feedbacks you have,  led to returns or cases opened, you could have defects which exceed 2% of sales.
