Can any one tell me where I find address details of the buyer who bought the item I've sold

Wait to get the payment notification email from ebay and it will be on that.    If you want to get it ready before that click on  View Order Details for the item on youur orders page.

Normally you go to instructions in the link below if you sold the item on ebay.

To find a buyer's shipping address on eBay, you can follow these steps:

1. Check your eBay email for a message sent after a successful sale^1.
2. Log in to your eBay account^1.
3. Go to the “My eBay” page and click on the “Sell” section.
4. Choose “Sold” and find your last order.
