I advertised an item collection-only but didn't have addresses for Dispatch, Return or Payment and Collection in my account info.
My item has sold but the buyer doesn't know where to collect it from.
I have now entered all the addresses. Is it too late?
Should I ask the buyer to cancel and rebuy? Will they then be able to see the collection address?

Has the buyer paid?
They have to pay through Ebay and you won't be able to message them your full address until they have paid.

Yes, but the buyer can only request a cancellation. You still have to issue one. You can do that on your orders page - click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and select Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel. If they've paid a refund will be issued in the process. Then relist for them to buy again.

I can't see any reason to cancel here.
Your buyer could see that your location was Bracknell, presumably they wouldn't have bought your item if they weren't local.
You can simply let them have your address for collection via eBay messages.

Thank you for your help, and vyolla too: I have been able to message my address to the buyer’s account now. (I clicked the Contact Buyer button in the “your item has sold” email). Easy when you know how!
