Sold item but has since weld missing into the Evri abyss the buyer has already been refunded by ebay but as the seller does that mean i am out of pocket or what happens?Ebay have now closed the case so unable to do anything .
If the buyer opened a "not received" case ebay will have refunded the buyer and you keep the payment. Assuming you used the ebay Simple Delivery label.
