Sold item still showing available on my account

I have sold a item on my account and being paid but it's on hold , I have received a offer for the item again after I've sold it and it's still showing available! Any ideas what's happening?

I don't understand what you mean by being "on hold" but if it's the hoodie, no it hasn't sold yet but it has bids on it and will sell in about three hours.

The highest bid will win it and you will be expected to sell it to them. Or risk being penalised by eBay with an account defect, and receiving negative feedback from the buyer.
