Sold item for dispatched but was collected in person

I listed an item with promo fees. Someone offered, we agreed on price.The amount I wanted to receive in the calculator ie 350£ sell £364. So, I Sent an offer and they accepted but I forgot to change the delivery to collection/pick up. Payment showed £350 but didn’t realised fees, postage as the orders been done and clicked dispatched.

Ive put the note that it is collected instead and I have a slip with signatures to prove.

How can the order be delivered or closed if I cannot change it? Says I cannot get payment if not delivered but it’s already been collected instead person

With no tracking, Ebay will pay you 14 days after the transaction, so on day 15.

As you are a new/occasional seller they may hold your payment for longet than that.

It looks as if you are trading on a private account - you need to upgrade to a business account in order to sell legally.  You need to accept returns and display your business details on your account.

There was tracking. It says I need to print labels and send, but it’s already been collected.

The tracking will never show delivered so it should be 14 days.

So long as you qualify you should be paid within 24 hours, see recent announcement.

From 6 August, if you’re a private seller who meets the required criteria, you’ll automatically start receiving your funds in your eBay balance within 24 hours of the buyer paying, giving you faster access to your earnings. For those who haven't met the criteria, you can track your progress towards getting your funds faster in the Payments tab. The tracker will be available on the eBay website and the latest version of the eBay app.

However with no proof of delivery or code for collection, buyer could claim not received to get a full refund.

Thank you, I hope I get the payment.
I do have confirmation from messages, a slip form and photo they collected.
