Sold an item no contact from buyer

Hi I recently sold an item the buyer paid and  arranged to to collect in a couple of days but didn't turn up. It's now been about three weeks without contact from the buyer. When can I relist the item as I want the item out of my garage.

Message the buyer.

Give them a couple more days to collect.

If they don't respond, refund them and then relist it.
