So difficult to find the EBay customer service email address.

Can somebody point me to the email address for customer services.

i need to upload screenshots for evidence of an issue and all I get directed to is the useless automated chat system or call an agent.

There is no email eBay readily answer to,  it's a Call Back system,  and out of hours its an automated chat.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open for ' live agents' at 8 a.m. on weekdays,  and 9 a.m. on weekends, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Thank you for the information. Just seems silly that i cannot send screenshots of the issue I have. Explaining it would be quite difficult. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words.
Sadly eBay is like any other large organisation, making it harder to contact and resolve issues with.
