I got on to the help desk as the ‘customer postage’ option was not appearing on my app when doing a listing also the ‘simple amount that came up would not cover the weight of the item. The lady said this was a technical ‘glitch’ that EBay were working to correct. She gave me a link to save in my browser which if used to list does give normal post options so I use that to start my listing making sure I select the right postage but even then the options that are shown, post office/evri etc:- do not show prices!
