Simple delivery

I've not sold on ebay for 6 months and I'm trying to list a painting.

The size is slightly larger than the medium parcel dimensions in 'Simple Delivery'

SD wasn't there the last time I sold and I could pick and choose from several delivery companies including parcelforce. 

Is there a way that I can get the option for larger parcel as it seems to be for only letters or small and medium parcels?

The opt-out for large items isn't working properly at the moment but see the info and rick's solution on here:
