Simple delivery

An item I sold on eBay as a simple delivery and was posted via Evri . The item was lost by Evri, they have advised I need to make claim for a list parcel via eBay . How do I do that please ?

Your buyer needs to open a case for item not received,  they can do this one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery.

Being a Simple Delivery transaction,  eBay then take over,  refund the buyer,  and you get to keep the payment for the item.
