Simple delivery total amount requested from buyer

I've never had any problems with Simple Delivery before but sold something yesterday and it says the buyer has requested the total amount. I can't send them anything because a message comes up saying I can't send total amount when ebay is managing the postage. Usually the total amount including postage is automatically sent when the auction ends. Any advice would be appreciated.

Perhaps it is a new buyer, as you say, ebay sends invoice for them to pay.

Reply saying ebay sends invoice, and that you cannot send it. If they want to use C and C the option to pay and select store will be there.
